Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients experiencing addiction, mental health challenges, and co-occurring disorders. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative treatment environment, works well with a team, and is dedicated to supporting each patient's recovery journey with empathy, professionalism, and clinical excellence. This role requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to build a meaningful therapeutical relationship while maintaining a clear communication and teamwork with clinical staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a therapist who is eager to learn, grow, and implement a variety of patient-center therapeutic modalities that support long-term healing, wellness, and recovery. The successful candidate will demonstrate compassion, adaptability, professionalism, and genuine dedication to improving the lives of patients and families impacted by addiction and mental health disorders.Responsibilities:
Provide patient-centered care to patients experiencing addiction, mental health, and co-occurring disorders Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and treatment plans Support an integrative and holistic treatment approach, including collaboration with yoga therapy, acupuncture, and medication management services Build therapeutic relationships through compassion, empathy, professionalism, and clear communication Promote recovery-focused care and support positive patient outcomes Ensure confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standard of care Support patients in developing coping skills, emotional wellness, social skills, and healthy recovery strategies. Demonstrate flexibility, accountability, and commitment to quality patient care Adhere to company policies and procedures Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related behavioral health field Active CA Licensure as anLMFT, LCSW, LPCC
3+ years:- Experience working in mental health, addiction treatment, and/or co-occurring disorders field
- Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy in an outpatient or behavioral health setting
- Experience with patient-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care
