Responsibilities:

Provide patient-centered care to patients experiencing addiction, mental health, and co-occurring disorders Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and treatment plans Support an integrative and holistic treatment approach, including collaboration with yoga therapy, acupuncture, and medication management services Build therapeutic relationships through compassion, empathy, professionalism, and clear communication Promote recovery-focused care and support positive patient outcomes Ensure confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standard of care Support patients in developing coping skills, emotional wellness, social skills, and healthy recovery strategies.
