In this role, you will provide high-quality care through various services, including individual, family, and group therapy, to support the mental health and well-being of our clients. Who You'll Work With As a mental health clinician, you will collaborate closely with a clinical supervisor for weekly consultations and guidance on your cases. You will also work with a case manager who will assist you with administrative tasks to ensure the best care for your clients and help you navigate our programs effectively. What You'll Do Conduct client intakes and therapy sessions to manage your caseload. Learn and utilize our platforms and resources to provide effective and accurate client services and documentation. Collaborate with your team to develop and implement additional services, such as content creation and outreach programs.
What We're Looking For Experience:
Working with individuals who have experienced trauma. Diagnosing mental health conditions. Creating and implementing treatment plans.
Qualities:
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to ensure optimal client care. Strong accountability and a sense of ownership in your work. A proactive attitude and a passion for helping the community. Openness to learning and receiving feedback from supervisors and colleagues. What You Need to Have Active registration with your relevant licensing board. Flexibility to provide services in person or remotely, with opportunities to work in the way that best suits your preferences and client needs.
