Holds an active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California and has 2 years of direct clinical experience post-licensure. Enjoys working with children, teens, adults, and couples to help them navigate emotional and relationship challenges. 2 Years of couples experience a plus. Has a strong understanding of or willingness to learn evidence-based therapeutic interventions like CBT, DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, and EFT for couples. Is passionate about building genuine therapeutic relationships and providing the highest level of care to clients. Values working in a collaborative team environment and thrives in a setting where you can consult with colleagues and continuously grow professionally. Is committed to seeing clients in person at our Valencia location Can offer at least 15 hours of availability per week, with flexible scheduling options for a part-time role. Desires to develop their career exclusively with Valencia Relationship Institute, refraining from establishing or working for another private practice while employed with us (this includes telehealth companies like Rula or Grow). Demonstrates a strong commitment to ongoing professional development through training and consultation. Takes initiative and is proactive in managing their caseload and maintaining a high standard of client care. Your Professional Responsibilities:

Provide therapeutic services to clients including individual, couples, and family counseling. Maintain a detailed and up-to-date client schedule and case notes. Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and integrate them into your work. Engage in regular clinical consultation and training to ensure you're always growing in your craft. Work collaboratively with your colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment and supporting each other. Participate in ongoing training opportunities to continually develop your skills and expertise. Uphold the professional image of Valencia Relationship Institute while maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive space for clients.

Schedule:

As a Licensed Therapist at Valencia Relationship Institute, you will work 15-22 hours per week, beginning in a part-time role with the opportunity to expand to full-time as we build up your caseload. You'll see clients in person at our Valencia office . We offer a flexible schedule that can align with your availability, but please be prepared to offer afternoon and evening hours as these are the most in-demand openings with our clients.
