Qualifications A master's degree in counseling, psychology or social work OR currently enrolled in an MA program. Current registration with the BBS. 1+ year post graduate school, working with youth and their families Knowledge of legal and ethical standards of practice, including child abuse reporting laws. TB Test clearance within the last 2 years. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing crisis intervention, collaborating with school and community partners, delivering school-based services, and conducting trainings and presentations. Bilingual or multilingual skills in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, or other languages commonly spoken in the communities served Position Summary Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the School and Clinic Based Mental Health Clinician is responsible for performing therapy in a manner that is consistent with the legal and ethical standards set by the professional field and the YMCA of Greater San Francisco's mission. This school-based position is responsible for coordinating counseling services at assigned school campuses, including providing assessment, individual and group counseling, crisis intervention and case management with youth, in collaboration with school personnel.
