Counselor
  • Harmony Recovery Estes Park, CO | Full Time | Exempt About the Role AllHealth Network is seeking a licensed Counselor to join our team at Harmony Recovery, a residential treatment program serving individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
This role plays a critical part in supporting client recovery through comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. As a Counselor, you will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high quality, client-centered care in a dynamic treatment environment. What You Will Do Provide clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations using DSM-5 criteria Complete bio-psycho-social assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions, including relapse prevention Collaborate with medical staff and case management to coordinate care and discharge planning Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Support clients across multiple levels of care, including detox, residential, and extended care programs Lead and facilitate therapeutic groups focused on mental health and substance use recovery Communicate effectively with families, referral sources, and internal care teams Participate in treatment plan reviews and ongoing care coordination using ASAM criteria Adhere to all confidentiality standards including HIPAA, HITECH, and 42 CFR Part 2 Contribute as an active and engaged member of the clinical team What You Bring Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field Active licensure required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, or equivalent) Two years of experience in counseling or behavioral health settings preferred Experience working with co-occurring disorders strongly preferred Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria Experience with evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, or mindfulness-based approaches Strong skills in individual and group facilitation Ability to build rapport and maintain therapeutic boundaries with clients and families Strong documentation and communication skills Commitment to ethical standards and client confidentiality CPR and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain Valid Colorado driver's license if driving for business purposes If in recovery, one year of continuous sobriety is required
Salary:
LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
  • $70,000
  • $76,000 annually LPCC, LMFTC or LSW/SWC
  • $60,000
  • $66,000 annually LAC
