, a child and family therapist specializing in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Sandplay Therapy and EMDR. Supervision can also be used for Registered Play Therapy credential. Supervision emphasizes clinical growth, self-awareness, ethical practice, and the development of a strong therapeutic presence. Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and families. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based and developmentally appropriate interventions. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support therapeutic goals and strengthen family relationships. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and practice standards. Participate in consultation, supervision, and ongoing professional development. Coordinate care with schools, medical providers, and other professionals as clinically appropriate. Uphold ethical standards and maintain professional licensure requirements.

Qualifications Required:

Active Colorado LPCC license and in good standing. Master's degree in Counseling or related mental health field. Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families. Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills. Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive, and family-centered care.

Preferred:

Training or experience in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Sandplay Therapy, or EMDR. Experience working with anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, grief, trauma, and family conflict. Interest in furthering their professional development with play based approaches and credentialing. Desired Characteristics Warm, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic style.
