Role:
At North Range Behavioral Health, we believe recovery is possible, and it begins with collaboration, compassion, and a deep respect for each person's strengths. Our Adult Outpatient Program (AOP) is designed to meet adults exactly where they are, supporting individuals living with mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions with care that is both personalized and purposeful. AOP provides a comprehensive range of services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy; mandated programs; case management; assessments; relapse prevention; neurofeedback; acudetox; trauma informed interventions for PTSD; and
DUI/DWAI
education and therapy. Every service is rooted in our commitment to empowering clients with practical tools, insight, and confidence to navigate life's challenges. The journey of recovery looks different for everyone, but no one has to walk it alone. At North Range Behavioral Health, we are here to help individuals rediscover hope, build resilience, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling future. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
What You Will Do:
Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing behavioral health assessments to identify client needs and treatment goals. Provide crisis intervention services to ensure client safety and stabilization. Deliver high-quality individuals, family, and group therapy to individuals with primary mental health disorders. Develop and implement individualized, strength-based service plans that promote recovery and resilience. Monitor treatment progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records and complete all required reporting. Provide case management services, connecting clients to community resources and supportive services. Coordinate care with internal teams and external providers to ensure integrated, client-centered treatment. Collaborate regularly with clinical supervisors, multidisciplinary team members, and psychiatrists to support effective care planning. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives. You're a
Great Fit If You:
Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, social work, counseling, or another human services degree. Have at least one year of experience working with individuals with mental/behavioral health challenges. Have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record. Can successfully complete pre-employment screening, including background check, fingerprinting, and drug and TB testing.
