Role:
At North Range Behavioral Health, we believe recovery is possible, and it begins with collaboration, compassion, and a deep respect for each person's strengths. Our Adult Outpatient Program (AOP) is designed to meet adults exactly where they are, supporting individuals living with mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions with care that is both personalized and purposeful. Using evidence-based, solution-focused approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), our clinicians help create meaningful change in a shorter amount of time. We proudly serve both voluntary clients and those who are legally involved, offering a supportive, judgement-free space focused on growth, accountability, and forward movement. AOP provides a comprehensive range of services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy; mandated programs; case management; assessments; relapse prevention; neurofeedback; acudetox; trauma informed interventions for PTSD; and
DUI/DWAI
education and therapy. Every service is rooted in our commitment to empowering clients with practical tools, insight, and confidence to navigate life's challenges. The journey of recovery looks different for everyone, but no one has to walk it alone. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
What You Will Do:
Provide person-centered assessment, goal planning, and treatment for mental health and/or substance use issues. Provide screening, intakes, and assessment of clients utilizing required instruments and formats within appropriate timelines. Develop strength-based written treatment plans/updates and continuing care plans and make appropriate referrals. Complete written discharge summaries and correspondence within established timelines. Assist individuals in improving their well-being and quality of life by training in behavioral skills; educate clients to make information choices; develop client coping skills; help clients to problem solve and negotiate tasks of daily living. Maintain electronic health records in accordance with agency standards; confirm coding of services rendered is ethically appropriate and results in successful billing. Learn, utilize, and support fidelity of any evidence-based practices within assigned program to ensure effective interventions with clints. You're a
Great Fit If You:
Have a Masters Degree in a Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Addictions Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, or other relevant clinical degree from an accredited college of university. Have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record. Can successfully complete pre-employment screening, including background check, fingerprinting, and drug and TB testing.
