As an Addiction Counselor/Group Counselor for our clients, you'll be at the heart of our clients' recovery journey — facilitating group sessions, offering individual support, and helping people reclaim their lives. You'll lead therapeutic and educational groups, encourage engagement in meaningful activities, and document the moments that matter.

You will not be considered for this role unless you have a CAS.
What You'll Do:
Build trust and connection through client interviews and assessments Facilitate engaging, healing group sessions and therapeutic outings Observe and document behavior, progress, and participation in our EMR Develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients Support client families and foster open lines of communication Respond with calm and care in crisis situations Bring positive energy to a collaborative, supportive team
What You'll Bring:
CAS certification valid in CO. Ability to pass caregiver and criminal background checks, as well as a drug screen. Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
