CLINICAL MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST
- CHILDREN & TEENS FOCUS A New Leaf Therapy | Pueblo, Colorado | Full-Time or Part-Time | Salaried W2
Pay:
$67,500 per year (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) | $58,500 per year (LPCC, LSW, SWC) +$1,000 raise after year one Do you come alive working with kids and teenagers? We are specifically building out our evening and weekend availability to create appointment slots that work for kids and teens outside of school hours. Your schedule will be set and consistent, not constantly shifting, so you can build strong relationships with your clients and still have a life outside of work. ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an in-person position at our beautiful Pueblo office. You will work primarily with children and adolescents, though there is flexibility to expand your scope if desired.Responsibilities include:
- Providing individual therapy with a focus on children and teenagers
- Conducting intake sessions, developing treatment plans, and maintaining documentation in our upgraded Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
- Participating in biweekly 90-minute case consultations
- Participating in weekly or biweekly clinical supervision
- Enjoying 1.5 hours of paid self-care time every two weeks (because we practice what we preach)
- Optional opportunities to provide family therapy, group therapy sessions, or off-site community therapy if desired

HRSA Student Loan Repayment Site:
licensed clinicians may be eligible for up to $50,000 in student loan repayment for a two-year commitment (pending state approval)- Paid self-care time: 1.5 hours every two weeks
- Free supervision towards licensure for provisionally licensed clinicians
- Opportunity to grow into a supervisory role for fully licensed clinicians
WHO CAN APPLY
Master's-level therapists licensed as any of the following:- LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) — $67,500
- LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) — $67,500
- LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) — $67,500
- LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate) — $58,500
- LSW (Licensed Social Worker) — $58,500
- SWC (Social Work Candidate) — $58,500 All applicants must have a genuine passion for working with children and teenagers.
