Recover is looking for a reliable, and dynamic group facilitator to join their company in their mission to provide leading addiction treatment. Recover is a Residential, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, and Outpatient Treatment Program provider licensed by the state of Colorado, and their offices are located in Westminster, Colorado. Recover specializes in individualized and group therapy and counseling through client centered treatment planning, treating males and females eighteen years of age and older. Recover's vision is to create a new approach to the treatment experience and to raise the standard of individualized behavioral healthcare. Facilitator Job Description
- Provide group sessions on the weekends to residents.
- Recover will train and provide curriculum compliant with Medicaid standards
- Collaborate with the other healthcare professionals and Recover staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client charting
Requirements:
- MH or SA Interns
- Position is for Saturday and Sunday services.
- BS in health and human services
- Certified Addiction Specialist CAS, or CAT
- Peer service professionals
- Experience providing groups to individuals with substance abuse and mental health disorders is a plus
- Organized, energetic, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a trusting rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of documentation standards is a plus (will train)
