Rather than becoming a large group practice, our vision is to remain intentionally small while adding one exceptional clinician who shares our values and passion for helping others. - Opportunity to accept referrals, build your own caseload, and market independently if desired Responsibilities
- Provide individual and family therapy, primarily with adolescents and their families
- Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care
- Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical documentation in the EHR
- Manage your own caseload and schedule independently
- Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and outside providers when clinically appropriate
- Maintain compliance with all Connecticut licensing requirements, HIPAA regulations, and professional ethical standards Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Connecticut LMFT, LPC, or LCSW license
- Demonstrated experience and strong interest in working with adolescents
- Clinical competence in areas such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, ADHD, family conflict, or life transitions
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
