Responsibilities:

Provide individual, couples, or group therapy sessions Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to client needs Maintain client records in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines Collaborate with other wellness practitioners as needed Foster a warm, supportive, and inclusive space for healing

Qualifications:

✅ Must be a licensed LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in CT. ✅ Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, or somatic therapies is a plus. ✅ Experience working with diverse populations , including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients. ✅ Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) and maintaining documentation. ✅ Interest in holistic and integrative mental health approaches is a plus.
