Whether you're looking to supplement your current practice or join a collaborative team, we'll provide the referrals, administrative support, and resources so you can focus on what you do best—helping clients. What We Offer $60 per billable client hour Minimum of 10 billable client hours per week Steady stream of client referrals Credentialing completed by Coastal Full administrative and billing support Flexible scheduling 401(k) with employer matching Paid sick time Professional development assistance Supportive, clinician-owned practice focused on collaboration and clinical excellence Position Requirements Active independent Connecticut license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) Availability during the times clients need us most, including afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends Commitment to providing ethical, compassionate, evidence-based care Strong communication and collaboration skills At Coastal, we're a clinician-owned practice that believes when clinicians feel supported, clients receive the highest quality care.
