Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family therapy Facilitate structured therapeutic groups aligned with program curriculum Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings Respond to clinical crises , including de-escalation and safety planning Complete timely and accurate documentation in EMR Coordinate care with psychiatry, nursing, case management, and external providers Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and accreditation standards Licensure Requirements (Required)
Florida:
LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT License must be active and in good standing Preferred Qualifications Experience in IOP, PHP, or residential treatment Dual-diagnosis experience Group therapy facilitation experience EMR proficiency
Monday-Friday:
8am-4pm, alternating Saturday mornings.
