Group Facilitator (Addiction Treatment Center)

Seeking a Group Facilitator to provide group counseling and group therapy at an Addiction Treatment Center. Part Time position. 2-3 hours per day, 1-4 days per week. Flexible on days, times and hours. Group Facilitators are responsible for providing group therapy to Addiction Treatment center clients and documenting within the EMR. Must guide and direct clients during group sessions. The group facilitator will prepare group and individual notes that support clinical necessity and progress toward treatment plan goals.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or a Related Field

REQUIRED.

• 3-5 years substance abuse counseling or related work experience highly preferred. Must demonstrate knowledge of working with clients with substance abuse and addiction.
• Following licenses are a plus but not required:

LSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, CAC, CAP, MCAP, CMHP

• Group Therapy (3 years preferred)
• Addiction Counseling (3 years preferred)
• Knowledge of state and federal statutes regarding patient confidentiality laws (HIPAA)

Pay:

$30.00
