Services are delivered across multiple outpatient clinics in Orlando, Kissimmee, Lakeland, and the UCF area, with this role primarily based in Kissimmee.

$85,000

Requirements:

Current, active, and unencumbered Florida LCSW or LMHC license Experience providing outpatient talk therapy Bilingual (Spanish/English) required Experience working with HIV and LGBTQ+ populations preferred Ability to work onsite in an outpatient clinic setting

Responsibilities:

Monday

• Thursday (9am
• 5pm) Friday (9am
• 2pm) Provide high-quality outpatient individual therapy services to new and established patients.

Maintain a manageable caseload, averaging approximately 6 patients per day. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic interventions. Educate and support patients through evidence-based counseling practices. Coordinate care with primary care providers and behavioral health team members. Document all patient encounters accurately and timely within the EMR. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational programs. Maintain compliance with all organizational policies, procedures, and standards. Promote and uphold the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
