1099 Part time Join a Trusted Leader in Senior Behavioral Health Cotler Psychology Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Florida-licensed Master's-level clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT, Psy D) to provide behavioral health services within assisted living facilities and skilled nursing communities throughout Florida. Founded by Licensed Psychologist Dr. Kerry Cotler, our practice partners with more than 100 long-term care communities statewide. Our mission is to enhance the emotional well-being and quality of life of older adults through ethical, individualized, and evidence-based mental health services. Position Summary As a Licensed Master's Level Clinician, you will provide psychotherapy, behavioral health assessments, and supportive counseling services to residents in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. You will work with individuals experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioral health concerns related to aging, chronic medical conditions, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, cognitive decline, adjustment disorders, and major life transitions. This role offers the opportunity to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships while working independently with the support of an experienced multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations Provide individual psychotherapy and counseling services Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate Collaborate with facility staff, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) Participate in ongoing clinical consultations and professional development opportunities Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations and standards Why Join Cotler Psychology Services?
