We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dynamic Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT/LMHC) or Registered Mental Health Counselor/Marriage & Family Therapist Intern (RMHCI/RMFTI) who is serious about growing and developing as a private-practice clinician. If your goal is to become a strong, integrated psychotherapist committed to whole-person care, we would love the opportunity to support your development in clinical expertise, private-practice skills, and professional growth. What We Offer Majority of client referrals provided by Holistic Counseling Group W-2 employment Business and private-practice mentorship Support in developing and maintaining a strong caseload Collaborative and supportive team environment Opportunities for continued clinical and professional development Experience working within an established private-practice setting Responsibilities The therapist will be responsible for: Managing an ongoing clinical caseload Providing high-quality individual, couples, and/or family therapy within their scope of practice Completing clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes Maintaining consistent communication and follow-up with clients Responding appropriately to clients' clinical needs Managing scheduling and caseload responsibilities professionally Participating in team collaboration, consultation, and professional development Maintaining ethical and professional standards of care The ideal candidate is holistically minded, personable, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing the responsibilities that come with developing a successful private-practice caseload. Qualifications Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or Marriage & Family Therapy Licensed in the State of Florida as an LMHC or
