Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) - Full-Time Growth Track with supplemental bonuses

W-2 At Innovative Direction, we're looking for a fully licensed Florida clinician who is passionate about providing exceptional care and wants to grow with an established and striving private practice. We provide a steady stream of referrals, scheduling support, administrative assistance and so much more so you can focus on your clients. Compensation starting at $35.00 per hour W-2 Employee Caseload Growth Bonus Program Earn up to $6,000 in bonuses during your first six months: $2,000 at 60 days $2,000 at 120 days $2,000 at 180 days Bonuses are contingent upon active employment, satisfactory performance, and meeting client load growth expectations. Full-Time Growth Track Our goal is to help you build to a full-time caseload within approximately 3 months .
