The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive mental health services, including evaluations, individual therapy, group counseling, couples therapy, and family therapy in a supportive outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive initial mental health evaluations and assessments. Utilize standardized screening and assessment tools to evaluate client needs. Provide brief, solution-focused therapy tailored to individual treatment goals. Perform crisis assessments and implement appropriate interventions and referrals. Gather and analyze clinical information through interviews, case histories, psychological assessments, and observation. Develop individualized treatment and care plans based on clinical findings. Provide case management services and coordinate care as needed. Monitor client progress and recommend modifications to treatment plans when appropriate. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system. Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to support patient wellness and continuity of care. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.

Active Florida licensure as an:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Minimum of two (2) years of clinical practice experience preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical assessment skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
