Job Description
Start date: December 1, 2026 Advanced Psychiatric Health is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team on a per visit basis via in person as soon as enrollment with payors is complete. Please only apply if you have an active Florida LCSW or active Florida LMHC license.
Populations Served:
Ages 5-125Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions with clients.
- Complete clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mental health theories, techniques, and best practices.
- Attend and participate in clinical meetings and trainings.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
- Current LCSW license in the state of Florida or current LMHC license in the state of Florida.
- Experience providing mental health counseling services to diverse populations.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience/Training in CBT (Insomnia) and/or weight management therapy is a plus.
