This role involves delivering services across multiple locations (West Palm Beach, Pahokee, Fort Pierce), requiring strong clinical judgment, organization, and the ability to work collaboratively within a structured compliance framework. Duties Provide both individual and group therapy to court-mandated clients Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation Coordinate and communicate with probation officers and other supervisory entities Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and organizational standards Travel to various service locations as required Requirements Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. Licensed or license-eligible (intern/associate) in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Strong understanding of clinical documentation and compliance requirements Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel between sites Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy modalities such as CBT, psychodynamic therapy, behavior therapy, addiction counseling, and trauma counseling. Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate but direct approach to client care is a must.
