Job Description

Alston & Bird LLP is seeking an Associate, Senior Associate or Counsel with a minimum of three years of relevant experience to join its Employee Benefits practice with an emphasis on health & welfare plans. Candidates must possess relevant knowledge in health & welfare plan matters, specifically including HIPAA, COBRA, the Mental Health Parity & Addiction Equity Act, the No Surprises Act, and the Affordable Care Act. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials, exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, and experience in health & welfare benefits law.
