Flexible Schedule | In-Person or Virtual Position Overview A Better You Integrated Health & Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Licensed Therapist to join our growing and dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide high‑quality psychotherapy and counseling services to a diverse population including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Our clinicians play an essential role in helping clients navigate life challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve meaningful personal growth. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Services

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning using ICD‑10 diagnostic criteria.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence‑based approaches.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma‑informed care, behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, grief counseling, and addiction counseling.
• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization when necessary.
• Support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma, addiction, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Utilize ICD‑10 and CPT coding for proper documentation and billing purposes.

Professional Development Stay current with emerging research and best practices in mental health treatment and participate in clinical collaboration and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications Required:

• Active Georgia license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT or can be licensed within 6 months.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Experience providing psychotherapy services to diverse populations.
• Strong understanding of evidence‑based therapeutic practices.
• Knowledge of ICD‑10 diagnosis and CPT coding.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical and culturally responsive care. Preferred
• Experience providing telehealth services.
• Experience working with trauma, addiction, or crisis intervention.
