Job Description

The agency is currently seeking Full time licensed therapist to be part of our network of professionals.
Definition of Service:
Outpatient Therapy provides clinical therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults seeking counseling services or those with an already-identified mental health or substance abuse diagnosis who need additional recurrent therapy. This service is designed to meet the specific mental health needs of the identified client as they relate to their diagnosis and can be provided in-office.
Skills and Abilities:
Deliver in-office services to clients with goal-specific interventions. Provide therapeutic interventions to the identified client in order to enhance and foster the client's optimal functioning and interactions in the home and community. Continually assess client needs, service availability and appropriateness. Document direct service delivery and submit said documentation according to the agency guidelines. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse population of staff, faculty, community members, and clients. Expertise in clinical assessment and therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, families, and groups. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of primary care-behavioral health integrated programs, including fundamental elements of co-located and/or fully integrated services. Ability to effectively utilize computer and electronic medical record.
Qualifications:
One year of experience providing integrated behavioral health services in a primary care setting. (Preferred) Experience working with population based outcomes. One year of electronic health record experience, ECW preferred. Must hold Current Licensure as a LCSW or LPC in the state of Georgia (mandatory) and Alabama (preferred) Required experience:
Counseling:
Must be credentialed or in the process of being credentialed with commercial insurance carriers. Completed CAQH by date of hire. Valid NPI number by date of hire. No grievances filed with any state licensing governance board, Medicaid, or Medicare.
