• Full-time Position Overview Sima Can Help Behavioral Health Services (SCH) is seeking compassionate and motivated associate-level therapists to join our growing behavioral health team.

This position is ideal for MSWs, LMSWs, APCs, LAPCs, and other master's-level clinicians seeking a supportive environment that promotes clinical growth, leadership development, and meaningful community impact. SCH provides behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families through in-person, virtual, and community-based support. Responsibilities Provide individual and family therapy services Maintain a full but manageable caseload aligned with providing high-quality care Complete clinical documentation and reassessments in a timely manner Conduct two assessments monthly Facilitate bi-weekly all-staff meetings Facilitate weekly leadership meetings Provide task supervision and support to interns twice weekly Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and collaborative care planning Attend one marketing/networking event monthly on behalf of the agency Maintain professionalism, communication, and compliance with agency standards What SCH Provides Professional Support Clinical supervision provided for clinicians pursuing full licensure Continuing education and training opportunities Leadership and professional development opportunities Supportive team environment with ongoing guidance and collaboration Administrative support related to scheduling, billing, credentialing, and operations Sign-on bonus of up to $400 (prorated based on employment duration and terms) Benefits & Perks Optional health insurance enrollment available after the 90-Day Performance Review Period 14 days Paid Time Off (PTO) annually Flexible scheduling options, including virtual and in-person opportunities Semi-monthly pay schedule (15th and last business day of the month) Opportunities for advancement and salary growth as licensure and responsibilities increase Professional networking and community engagement opportunities Growth Opportunities SCH values internal growth and leadership development.
