River Edge offers outpatient services at our Emery Highway-Macon, Monroe County and Baldwin County locations. Outpatient services include behavioral health, nursing, and psychiatric assessment, stabilization and medication maintenance services as well as crisis intervention services as well as awareness, education and recovery groups. Crisis Service Worker Company Overview:

Position Overview:
The Crisis Service Workers is a vital role, you will provide immediate support to adults experiencing behavioral health crises in a community setting—helping stabilize individuals and connect them to the services they need. This is a 24/7, 365-days-a-year service that makes a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
Location/Schedule:
179 Hidden Hills Road, Milledgeville, GA
  • 1•full-time shift•Monday•Friday•3pm-11pm and Every Other Weekends, and 1•part-time opening to work all shifts when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor client behavior, report progress, and intervene in crisis situations using approved Mindset de-escalation techniques. Provide individualized support and guidance to clients based on assessed needs. Document all interactions and services provided in client/unit records promptly and accurately.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Valid Georgia driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Must pass a background check and drug screening.
