Job Description

Position Summary Consecrated Care, Inc. (CCI) is seeking a motivated Counselor-in-Training (CIT) to join our Opioid Treatment Program in Riverdale, Georgia. Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the CIT will gain hands-on experience providing addiction counseling services while working toward professional certification. Responsibilities include assisting with patient assessments, treatment planning, individual counseling, case management, referrals, and clinical documentation in a supportive team environment. Essential Responsibilities Assist with patient intake interviews and assessments. Provide individual counseling under supervision. Assist with treatment planning and patient goal development. Complete clinical documentation and progress notes. Monitor patient progress and treatment participation. Coordinate referrals and connect patients with community resources. Participate in staff meetings, supervision, and required trainings. Assist with crisis intervention and case management as needed. Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Eligible for Counselor-in-Training (CIT), CADC-T, or similar credential. Bachelor's degree preferred; students or graduates in counseling, psychology, social work, human services, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, healthcare, or social services preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing, CBT, or addiction treatment is a plus. From $18.00 per hour
