Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed (MFT, MSW, MHC, Psychologist) Mental Health professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals on federal probation facing cooccurring mental health challenges, assisting them in their journey towards recovery and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience in various therapeutic modalities and a strong commitment to patient care. Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans. Provide behavior management strategies. Conduct patient assessments and document clinical records accurately, adhering to HIPAA regulations. Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions to clients experiencing PTSD or addiction issues through tailored therapeutic interventions. Participate in producing psychological assessments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for all clients. Requirements A Masters degree with a license in a mental health discipline (i.e.
MFT, MSW, MHC
). Experience providing individual therapy to adults. Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities including psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, grief counseling, and crisis management techniques. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients' needs. Previous experience in working with probationers is a plus. Obtain Hawaii State License to practice mental health.
