Let's make a difference together. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based therapies, including behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy, to support mental health recovery. Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Engage in crisis intervention and support patients through challenging situations. Facilitate counseling sessions and provide resources for ongoing support.
