Job Description

At Rehabilitative Health Services (RHS), our mission is to help individuals discover and develop their true potential, guiding them to build lives they feel are worth celebrating. For over 25 years, RHS has been proud to provide the Southeastern Idaho community with comprehensive healthcare services. We offer a wide range of treatments, including specialized counseling, psychiatric services, medication management, community-based resources, and peer support. RHS accepts most major private insurances, including Medicaid, Medicare, Optum, True Blue/Blue Cross, and more.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone passionate about helping individuals navigate challenging life situations and guiding them toward positive change. We have openings for therapists specializing in Mental Health , Substance Use Disorder , and our Partial Hospitalization Program . The average salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and ambition. We also offer a signing bonus based on evaluation. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments and develop Individualized Care Plans (ICANS). Collaborate with clients to identify goals and create actionable treatment plans. Provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling for adults and children. Teach coping skills and support clients through crisis situations. Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to assist clients in achieving their goals. Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions and available support services. Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure the best quality care for clients. Stay informed on current research, best practices, and advancements in the field of counseling and therapy. Manage Electronic Health Records and meet documentation deadlines.
Qualifications:
Must have a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology (Doctorate also acceptable). Valid, qualified licensure in
Idaho:
LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT.
Experience working with diverse populations is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems. Why Join RHS?
