Treasure Valley Therapy, LLC Boise, Idaho - In Person Part-Time Paid Internship $25 per session
  • Launch Your Career with Exceptional Clinical Training Treasure Valley Therapy, LLC, is seeking two master's-level clinical interns who are passionate about becoming skilled, ethical, and confident therapists.
Our internship program is designed for graduate students who want intensive supervision, hands-on clinical experience, and the opportunity to transition into full-time employment after graduation. If you're eager to grow, enjoy feedback, and want to develop strong clinical skills, we'd love to meet you.
  • Treasure Valley Therapy, LLC, is proud to be the only mental-health clinic in the state of Idaho to feature and utilize the state-of-the-art training system known as VALT by Intelligent Video Solutions (IVS).
This innovative system focuses on secure video observation and session recording designed specifically for education, healthcare, and research environments. IVS's technology allows the clinic to enhance clinical training, strengthen supervision, and support evidence-based practices across all levels of care.
  • Interns receive training and experience in areas such as: Sexual Trauma PTSD and complex trauma Court-related therapy EMDR-informed treatment approaches Systems and relational therapy General outpatient mental health Ethical clinical documentation Treatment planning Case consultation Professional development We especially welcome students interested in Marriage and Family Therapy or those who want to develop a systemic approach to clinical work.
  • Supervision & Support Your success matters to us, and as a result, interns receive: Weekly onsite supervision from an AAMFT Approved Supervisor Individual mentoring and clinical consultation Case management support Assistance with insurance credentialing Company-paid Psychology Today profile Electronic health record and practice management software Financial support for professional conferences and advanced trainings (such as EMDR and IFS opportunities) Flexible scheduling around your academic program Opportunity for long-term employment after graduation •Compensation Starting pay: $25 per session during the initial three-month trial period.
Compensation may be increased after this period based on demonstrated clinical skills, professionalism, and experience.
  • Qualifications We're looking for clinicians who are: Currently enrolled in a master's or doctoral clinical mental health program Seeking internship or practicum placement Eligible to complete clinical hours in Idaho Passionate about learning and receiving supervision Professional, compassionate, and dependable Interested in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practice
