What You'll Do Complete Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessments (CDAs) and develop individualized treatment plans (ICANS). Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy for children and adults. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs. Help clients build healthy coping strategies, improve emotional wellness, and achieve meaningful treatment goals. Support individuals experiencing crisis while providing compassionate, trauma-informed care. Educate clients and families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources. Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, high-quality care. Maintain accurate electronic health records and complete documentation in a timely manner. Stay current with best practices, clinical research, and continuing education.
