At Adapt of Illinois, our Supervised Residential Program serves just eight residents in a supportive apartment setting, creating a unique opportunity for truly individualized, person-centered care. As the program's lead clinician, you'll work closely with residents to help them achieve their mental health recovery goals while coordinating services with a dedicated residential team. This isn't a high-volume position where clients come and go. It's a role where you'll build lasting therapeutic relationships, witness growth over time, and play a key role in helping individuals move toward greater independence and stability. Be the Clinical Leader As the program's Mental Health Professional, you'll serve as the primary clinician, helping guide treatment planning, monitor progress, coordinate care, and ensure residents receive the support they need to succeed. Recovery-Focused Work You'll help residents develop skills, build confidence, access community resources, strengthen natural supports, and work toward greater independence in the community. Collaborative Team Environment Work closely with psychiatric providers, community agencies, and other treatment team members to provide coordinated, comprehensive care. What You'll Do Provide individual mental health services and interventions Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Assist residents in identifying and achieving recovery-focused goals Coordinate care among residential staff, psychiatric providers, community agencies, and other supports Facilitate skill-building and psychoeducational groups Monitor resident progress and adjust interventions as needed Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary Complete clinical documentation in compliance with program standards Participate in treatment team meetings and program planning Schedule Full-time position •Ability to work five 8-hour days per week including some evenings, weekends and holidays What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Believes in recovery-oriented, person-centered care Enjoys developing meaningful therapeutic relationships Has strong case coordination and communication skills Is compassionate, organized, and dependable Works effectively both independently and collaboratively Is passionate about supporting adults living with serious mental illness Qualifications Mental Health Professional (MHP) Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field OR Bachelor's degree in another field plus two years of supervised experience in a mental health setting Experience working with adults with serious mental illness is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits MHP:
