Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Counselor or Social Worker to join our team. Our ideal candidate… Ideal candidates should have a well-rounded set of counseling skills. Will work as a member of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) in developing, coordinating and implementing bereavement/grief services for the survivors who are eligible for such support services through the Hospice program as well as for non-hospice grieving community members. Ideal candidates should be flexible, organized, and empathetic. Candidates should also be comfortable facilitating individual, group, and family therapy. Lastly, a successful candidate at UpliftedCare should be eager to continuously learn and develop new skills, appreciate working together as a team, and be ready to wear many different hats to best serve our families and clients.

(Preferred) Requirements- Minimum of 2 years counseling experience
- Bi-lingual preferred Schedule
- Monday - Friday 8a-430p
- Weekend workshop/event rotation
