We are seeking an EAP Counselor/Therapist to join our Occupational Health Services team. This position provides confidential, professional counseling and employee assistance services to employees experiencing personal, emotional, behavioral, family, substance use, or work-related concerns. The ideal candidate is a compassionate and skilled behavioral health professional who can provide short-term, solution-focused counseling while responding effectively to sensitive and crisis situations.

Non-Exempt What We're Looking For We are looking for a professional who demonstrates compassion, empathy, sound clinical judgment, strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to remain calm in urgent or emotionally challenging situations . The successful candidate will be committed to promoting employee well-being, resilience, and a psychologically safe workplace. Key Responsibilities Provide confidential, short-term counseling and clinical assessments. Assess employee behavioral health and safety needs and provide appropriate crisis intervention. Help employees develop coping, stress management, communication, and problem-solving strategies. Provide referrals to appropriate behavioral health, medical, community, financial, legal, and social service resources. Support employees and leaders through consultation, education, and wellness programming. Participate in critical incident response and employee wellness initiatives. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation. Collaborate with Occupational Health, Human Resources, leadership, and community providers while maintaining appropriate confidentiality and professional boundaries. Maintain compliance with professional licensing requirements, HIPAA, organizational policies, and applicable regulations. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field from an accredited institution. Current, unrestricted independent clinical licensure appropriate to the professional discipline and state of practice, such as LCSW, LCPC/LPC, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist , or another independently licensed behavioral health credential approved by the organization. Minimum of 2 years of professional clinical or behavioral health experience . Experience with short-term counseling, crisis intervention, EAP, behavioral health, healthcare, occupational health, or organizational settings is preferred.
