In this role, you will support clients in a medically managed residential detoxification program, helping them take the first steps toward lasting recovery in a respectful, non-judgmental, and client-centered environment. Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based treatment approaches. Complete biopsychosocial assessments, risk evaluations, and individualized treatment plans. Manage a caseload and coordinate care with medical providers, psychiatrists, community agencies, and other multidisciplinary team members. Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals when higher levels of care are needed. Complete prior authorizations for treatment and rehabilitation transfers. Maintain timely and accurate electronic health records and documentation. Participate in clinical staffing meetings, peer reviews, and quality improvement initiatives. Support compliance with CARF, Joint Commission, and state licensing standards. Engage families and caregivers in treatment planning when appropriate. Experience Required CADC certification or ability to obtain CADC within 2 years of hire Minimum 1 year of experience in substance use disorder treatment Knowledge of ASAM Criteria, Rule 2060, and treatment planning Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail Preferred Detoxification or residential treatment experience Inpatient behavioral health experience Why Join The SHARE Program?
