We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to become part of our growing multidisciplinary team. Position Summary The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) provides comprehensive behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination for individuals experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health challenges. The clinician will work collaboratively with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, case managers, residential staff, schools, hospitals, probation officers, DCFS partners, and community providers to ensure high-quality, integrated care. Primary Responsibilities Clinical Services Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and diagnostic assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions. Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy. Deliver trauma-informed care utilizing best clinical practices. Complete suicide risk assessments and safety planning. Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services. Assist clients with emotional regulation, coping skills, grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, behavioral disorders, and adjustment disorders. Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups.

Specialized Populations Provide services to:

Children Adolescents Adults Families Youth involved with DCFS Foster care youth Justice-involved youth Survivors of abuse or neglect Individuals with developmental disabilities Individuals with co-occurring disorders Therapeutic Modalities Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Motivational Interviewing (MI) Solution-Focused Therapy Person-Centered Therapy Family Systems Therapy Psychodynamic Therapy Behavior Modification Play Therapy (preferred) Art Therapy (preferred) Mindfulness-Based Interventions Strength-Based Therapy Crisis Stabilization Techniques Documentation & Compliance Complete timely clinical documentation. Maintain HIPAA compliance. Complete progress notes within required timeframes. Maintain treatment plans and updates. Complete discharge summaries. Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR). Apply appropriate DSM-5 diagnoses and ICD-10 coding. Participate in utilization review and quality improvement initiatives.

Care Coordination Collaborate with:

Primary Care Providers Psychiatrists Nurse Practitioners Schools DCFS Juvenile Justice Agencies Residential Counselors Case Managers Families Community Organizations to ensure coordinated, client-centered care.

Crisis Intervention Respond appropriately to:

Suicidal ideation Self-harm behaviors Psychiatric emergencies Trauma responses Behavioral crises Child abuse and neglect reporting requirements Telehealth Services Provide secure virtual counseling services when appropriate while maintaining all HIPAA and agency compliance standards. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must possess one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC/LPC, depending on state requirements)

Preferred:
