Responsibilities Perform comprehensive mental health assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, family, and group therapy to support patients with a variety of mental health needs. Complete crisis evaluations and coordinate care with inpatient behavioral health units, crisis services, and emergency departments when needed. Collaborate with community agencies, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with Medicaid, CARF, HIPAA, and accreditation standards. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to provisionally licensed clinicians, interns, and students as needed. Qualifications Education:
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of two years of experience in a community mental health setting. License(s)/Certification(s): Current licensure in good standing in Illinois or Iowa as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) •Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
