The Role:
We are seeking a Youth Therapist (Counseling or Social Work) who embodies our core values of Compassion, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Accessibility, Collaboration, and Innovation. At Thrive, you'll be a key player in our multidisciplinary team, providing individual and family therapy to a diverse Youth population. Employee Assistance Program Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work Licensed to practice in IL or eligible for licensure Ability to work with a multi-cultural and diverse client base Experience with Medicaid Rule 132 preferred
Schedule:
Clinical Hours:
Expected to bill for 23 hours per week
Flexibility:
Must work 5 days per week, including at least two evening days; Saturdays required.
