What You'll Do Facilitate psychoeducational, process, and therapeutic groups that support clients throughout their recovery journey Help clients develop healthy coping skills, positive behaviors, and recovery tools Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and the multidisciplinary treatment team to monitor client progress Communicate significant client concerns promptly to the Clinical Director or appropriate clinical leadership Complete accurate and timely documentation for all group sessions and client interactions Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards What We're Looking For Current Indiana clinical license or addiction counseling credential (CADAC I-V, LAC, LCAC, LMHC, or LMFT) One year of experience in substance use or behavioral health treatment preferred Excellent interpersonal, communication, and observational skills Strong clinical judgment and professionalism Compassionate, ethical, and dependable, with a genuine passion for helping others If in recovery, a minimum of one year of sustained sobriety is required Where You'll Work Avenues Recovery Center at Fort Wayne is a 100-bed residential addiction treatment facility providing medical detoxification and inpatient rehabilitation services.
