Radiant Health is seeking compassionate, motivated Outpatient Therapists to join our growing behavioral health team. We currently have openings in Marion and Hartford City , providing an opportunity to serve individuals, families, and communities where your work truly matters. What You'll Do As an Outpatient Therapist, you'll provide evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Every day brings new opportunities to make a lasting impact by helping clients build resilience, improve coping skills, and achieve their treatment goals.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic updates, and mental status examinations Develop individualized treatment plans and DMHA safety plans Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed Respond to crisis situations with professionalism and compassion Help clients develop healthy coping strategies and life skills Maintain accurate, timely, HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate client care Work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities Receive training and support in addictions treatment if desired We're Looking For Someone Who Is passionate about helping others live healthier, more fulfilling lives Builds strong therapeutic relationships through empathy and compassion Is organized, self-directed, and able to manage a clinical caseload Values collaboration while working independently Is committed to ethical, high-quality client care Wants to continue growing professionally To support a safe and healthy environment for the individuals we serve and for one another, all employees of Radiant Health are required to comply with organizational health and infection prevention requirements as a condition of employment. This includes providing documentation of immunization status, completing required health screenings, and adhering to communicable disease prevention protocols applicable to the role and work environment. LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC
preferred. Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana. Ability to understand all Federal, State and local regulations that are applicable to the practice of Social Work, Mental Health counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
