Locums; Locums to Perm About the Facility This facility operates as a residential treatment center specializing in therapeutic services for adults with behavioral health and substance use disorders. The center functions under a multidisciplinary treatment model with clinical supervision provided by experienced Clinical Directors. Care is delivered through individual, group, and family therapy modalities designed to support client recovery and rehabilitation goals. About the Facility Location Indiana offers a range of community-oriented activities and year-round programming suited to diverse interests. Residents and visitors have access to outdoor markets, live music performances, waterfront views, and family-friendly events such as fun runs and cardboard boat races, as well as farmers markets featuring local produce. About the Clinicians Workday The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to adults with behavioral health and substance use disorders in a residential treatment setting during full-time day shift hours. The clinician will conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions while maintaining a caseload of 10-15 clients per therapist. Working under clinical supervision, the LMHC will perform biopsychosocial assessments, participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning, and assist with discharge planning coordination. No call responsibilities are required for this position.
