- Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot is seeking an Overnight Awake Counselor to join our Developmental Disabilities (DD) residential program serving adults with intellectual disabilities.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and support residents providing assistance and intervention as needed Assist individuals with morning routines to include meal preparation, hygiene and other related tasks Administer medication in accordance with associated regulations Perform housekeeping and personal care tasks as needed Provide support and training to promote personal growth and accomplishment (may include social, behavioral, and personal care Report significant health, safety, and behavioral concernsQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities Valid Massachusetts drivers licenseSchedule:
Thursday-Saturday, 11pm-9am (30 hrs) Hourly Rate $19.50- $19.
