In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy and clinical counseling services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your expertise will help clients navigate mental health challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals. The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including intake evaluations and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards. Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Implement crisis management protocols and crisis intervention techniques to ensure client safety during emergencies. Provide specialized counseling for issues such as PTSD care, grief counseling, addiction counseling, gender issues counseling, chronic pain management, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism. Maintain detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations; accurately record clinical notes using CPT coding and ICD coding standards. Utilize telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions while ensuring confidentiality and technical proficiency. Experience Valid licensure as a Licensed Therapist (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) with current state certification. Proven experience in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, or social work. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children, adolescents, adults, seniors, and individuals with disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Experience in crisis intervention and crisis management within clinical or hospital settings. Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health care and medical records management; experience with
