Full-Time | On-SitePosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist to provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and case management services for individuals and families experiencing behavioral health and substance use challenges.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through individual, group, and family therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy services.

Manage client caseloads and monitor treatment progress.

Develop and maintain individualized service plans.

Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

Coordinate referrals and connect clients with community resources.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing compliance.

Participate in treatment team meetings, case conferences, and clinical supervision.

Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care.

Support quality improvement initiatives and program compliance standards.

QualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.

Active Kentucky licensure preferred:

LCSWLMFTLPCCAssociate-level licenses (CSW, MFT, LPCA) may also be considered.

Experience working with behavioral health, mental health, and/or substance use populations preferred.

Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).Strong communication, documentation, and case management skills.
