Outpatient Mental Health Therapist - LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, CSW or LPCA Summer Bell Counseling - Owensboro, KY Summer Bell Counseling is seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our established and respected private practice in Owensboro, Kentucky. Established and respected outpatient mental health practice Supportive and collaborative team environment Established referral relationships within the community Opportunity to build and maintain a consistent outpatient caseload Flexibility and autonomy in clinical practice Comfortable professional office environment Administrative and practice support Continuing education and professional development support Preferred Licensure We are especially interested in independently licensed clinicians, including: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) We will also consider qualified candidates currently licensed as a: Certified Social Worker (CSW) Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) Position Responsibilities Provide outpatient therapy to an assigned caseload Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required clinical documentation Develop individualized treatment approaches based on client needs Maintain professional and ethical standards Collaborate with families, providers, schools, and community supports when clinically appropriate Participate in consultation and team collaboration Maintain timely documentation and professional communication Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Enjoys outpatient mental health work Values being part of a positive and collaborative team Is dependable, professional, and organized Builds strong therapeutic relationships Is open to consultation and continued professional growth Works well independently while also valuing team support Wants to become part of an established practice rather than simply working alongside other providers Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, or other outpatient mental health concerns is welcomed. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field Current Kentucky license or eligibility to practice in Kentucky LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT preferred CSW and LPCA candidates will be considered Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes About Summer Bell Counseling Summer Bell Counseling is an established outpatient mental health practice serving children, adolescents, adults, and families in the Owensboro community.
