LMHP/PLPC/PLCSW

will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for all clients. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic therapy. Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in acute distress. Engage in motivational interviewing techniques to promote client engagement and motivation for change. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including intake forms, progress notes, and treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients. Provide education and resources related to mental health issues, and behavioral therapy techniques. Support clients with developmental disabilities through tailored interventions and community integration strategies. Experience in mental health counseling, particularly with Adults Familiarity with EMR systems for efficient patient record management. Knowledge of medical terminology, .
