Mental Health Professional (PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW, CSW)

Participate in collaborative meetings with Rehabilitation Services staff, other agencies, and community or natural supports as needed. Provide mental health counseling to both children and adults, utilizing evidence-based, strength-based, and solution-focused approaches. Deliver supportive therapeutic services in home and community-based settings. Complete timely and accurate documentation of services provided, in accordance with clinical standards and office deadlines. Utilize computer systems for documentation and billing purposes; willingness to learn new technology as needed. Attend supervision meetings, trainings, and case management/staffing meetings as scheduled by a Licensed Mental Health Professional. Respond promptly to phone calls and emails related to client care and team communication. Adhere to all safety protocols and organizational policies. Obtain required continuing education hours as mandated by the appropriate licensing board. Actively participate in evaluations conducted by Rehabilitation Services. Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission of the organization. Qualifications Masters degree from an accredited university or college in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Sociology. Current licensure as one of the following: PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW, or CSW.
